קביעת תור באתר אינה כרוכה בתשלום כלשהו. לא נגבים דמי הרשמה, מקדמה או פיקדון. התשלום מתבצע במספרה בלבד, בסיום השירות.
ניתן לבטל תור או להעבירו למועד אחר עד שעתיים לפני מועד התור, באופן עצמאי ובלא כל עלות, באמצעות הקישור שנשלח באישור ההזמנה ב-SMS או בדוא״ל.
בטווח של פחות משעתיים לפני התור יש להתקשר למספרה בטלפון 074-700-4997. נשמח לסייע ככל שניתן.
מאחר שלא נגבה כל תשלום דרך האתר, אין חיוב ואין החזר כספי לבצע.
אם בעתיד תתאפשר גבייה מראש דרך האתר, תקנון זה יעודכן ותנאי ההחזר יפורטו כאן לפני כל חיוב.
לקוח שלא הגיע לתור אינו מחויב בתשלום. נודה על הודעה מראש, כדי שנוכל לפנות את הזמן ללקוח אחר.

Prendre rendez-vous sur ce site n'entraîne aucun paiement. Ni frais de réservation, ni acompte, ni caution. Le règlement se fait uniquement au salon, à l'issue de la prestation.
Vous pouvez annuler votre rendez-vous ou le déplacer jusqu'à 2 heures avant l'heure prévue, vous-même et sans aucun frais, depuis le lien reçu dans votre confirmation par SMS ou par e-mail.
À moins de deux heures du rendez-vous, merci d'appeler le salon au 074-700-4997. Nous ferons au mieux.
Aucune somme n'étant encaissée via le site, il n'y a ni débit ni remboursement à effectuer.
Si un paiement en ligne devait être mis en place à l'avenir, ces conditions seraient mises à jour et les modalités de remboursement précisées ici avant tout prélèvement.
Un rendez-vous non honoré n'entraîne aucun frais. Nous vous serions reconnaissants de prévenir, afin de libérer le créneau pour un autre client.

Booking an appointment on this website involves no payment. There is no booking fee, no deposit and no pre-authorisation. Payment is made at the salon only, once the service has been provided.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, on your own and free of charge, using the link sent in your confirmation by SMS or e-mail.
Within two hours of the appointment, please call the salon on +972 74-700-4997. We will do our best to help.
As no payment is collected through this website, there is no charge and therefore nothing to refund.
Should online payment be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated and the refund terms set out here before any charge is made.
A missed appointment incurs no charge. We would be grateful for advance notice, so the slot can be offered to another client.
